Huntsville, TX WOC Thank You Letter
Teammates,
Historians would have to check the records to see when the last time it snowed in Huntsville, TX in March. The wind blew and the temperatures dropped with wind chills way into the 30s. I have said for many years the only people that come with us are DEDICATES. Dedicates don’t choose the place of service they serve in any place and any condition. I am singing the praises of our Teammates today! JOB WELL DONE!

When you lay awake at night before a game and visualize how things are going to play out the next day, you ask, “Will I get to sack the Quarterback? Will I get a screen pass or reverse my way?” Many questions raced through my head as I thought of the game. I am so thrilled that our TEAM is pulling together. Everyone knows when things are a little out of focus, but Robert Smith our new Area Director busted it for 4 weeks and did a great job pulling things together. One Teammate told me “this was the best weekend in a while”. He has been on more than 200. I am very excited about what we will see in Huntsville, Beaumont, Houston, and all over the country this year.
God is stream lining CFL so we can better serve our Teammates and inmates at the Facilities. We are surveying, brainstorming, and looking at test groups all in an effort to make it better for you.
CFL must expand! The need is too great and the “Laborers are Few”. We need each of you to recruit teammates to come with you so we can penetrate the prison populations with more precision. This event we experienced a 10% decision rate that traditionally should be 20%. THE MORE TEAMMATES THE MORE THE KINGDOM GROWS! We really needed more people to serve this weekend. 2641 decisions is great. But it could have been 4800 decisions out of the 24,198 inmates if we had another 400 teammates.
Pray for us in San Bernardino, CA this coming weekend.
In Him with Love,
