Findlay, OH WOC Thank You Letter
July 23rd, 2008
Northeast Ohio has always been a special place to me. Thinking about 3 citywides in Findlay and numerous Weekend of Champions and Champions for Today events, we have conducted citywides in almost every town in the area and Weekends of Champions in most prisons and CFTs in many schools. I have memories of filled stadiums and people walking forward to receive Christ. I could almost hear the Angels shouting, “Here comes another one”. I am so thankful that God has brought us together to take the message of HOPE to those in need. All day Friday and Saturday I know, “Here comes another one” was being repeated and repeated in Heaven. 1394 decisions harvested and we won’t know how much seed was sown until we get to Heaven. 513 First time decisions. All praise to God!
This local Team in Findlay gets all the human credit for a great event, and a hearty “job well done”. Tim Jackson our Regional Director did a fine job. Please join me in prayer to God to put great Local Teams in every area of the country. It is time to push for the finish. 4th quarter, 2nd half, really makes no difference how you describe it, “we are in the last days and we need to be about the Fathers business”. Winning lost and hurting people IS The Fathers Business!
I thank God daily for bringing you to this faithful team of dedicates. A dedicate is one who simply says, “What would you have me do?” Then does it. I am so thankful for the dedication you have shown this weekend by serving on the Weekend of Champions.
I am hoping and praying that you will continue to use the What Do You Think tract in your day to day witnessing in your hometown. When you see how easy it is to share your faith, and you know that faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God, it will be an easy, natural thing for you to do that everywhere you go. Pray for us as we go to prisons in Chicago August 1st through the 3rd, hopefully, you will join us there as a teammate, or in another Weekend of Champions. I will include with this letter a schedule, and I hope you will note on your calendar when you can join us again.
Our biggest need is for you to continue to pray for us, and join us as a teammate. If there is anything that I can ever help you with, don’t hesitate to let me know. You are very special to me and I treasure your friendship and involvement with this ministry.
In Him as
Always with Love,
